- Reviewing and authoring technical reports.

- Remedial system design support, implementation, and operation experience
- BA/BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Civil Construction Expereince i. e., landfill closure, mind remediation, soil dig and haul, engineering slope criteria, landfill cap design etc.
- The ability to conduct some travel and overtime.
- EIT (strongly preferred) or ability to obtain in a year
