    Description


    Our client is a specialized women's apparel brand that's growing VERY quickly, and this is a new hire for them.

    This role will oversee all aspects of

    Digital and Ecomm

    . We need an entrepreneurial individual who can work remotely, willing to be hands on at all levels, and is passionate about story-telling and lifestyle brands.


    Director of Ecommerce (Remote):
    Must have excellent communication and management skills
    Must have experience managing brands/websites for consumer goods/lifestyle products
    Must have experience being hands on at all level within eComm (setting KPIs, reporting, AB testing, website flow, merchandising, etc)
    Must have experience driving omnichannel brand growth with demonstrated results
    Must have experience driving growth via Amazon and other online retailers
    Must have experience with P&L management, maximizing ROI on marketing spends, interfacing with vendors, etc
    Will be setting campaign milestones, calendars, and all other relevant planning/campaign documents
    Will truly be hands-on at all levels and operate without ego
    Base salary likely to be

    $150k-$170k + bonus, benes, PTO


    This is a great role for somebody looking to take the next step in their career and really have ownership of a department.

    We're looking for a full-time employee who will solely be dedicated to this brand, and not a freelancer balancing multiple different projects.
