Our growing company MIGEAR INTERNATIONAL is searching for a Director of E-Comm Specialist who can grow our sales volume.As Director of e-Commerce you will create and implement strategies that make online transactions possible. You will organize, develop, and execute website marketing plans.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Write and edit product content that will be published on eCommerce websites/portals.
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (product development, design, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared
across eCommerce platforms. - Identify best practices regarding inventory, preorders, and pricing policies.
- Monitor changes in product sales by using web analytics and Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) to stay organized.
- Manage all aspects of ecomm business until a full team is built
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fastpaced, eCommerce business.
- Handson experience in managing and maintaining eCommerce websites/portals.
- Knowledgeable of the eCommerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices.
- Familiarity with web design and a keen eye to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Working Knowledge of MS Office, Excel guru a plus
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Selfstarter with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Able to work in the office

Pay:
$85, $100,000.00 per year / plus incentives package
