These positions will routinely maintain cleanliness and sanitation for the Bon Air Complex while providing an environmentally safe living and working environment for residents, staff and guest. Employees in this role will be required to perform entry to advance level services in housekeeping and janitorial operations in accordance with industry specific guidelines and safety regulations to include blood-borne pathogens and other related OSHA and EPA guidelines. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: maintaining common areas, floors, restrooms, trash and providing assistance during special events according to cleaning and sanitation standards.

Conviction of misdemeanor assault and assault & battery offenses in the last 10 years. 6. Conviction of misdemeanor bad check writing, trespassing or reckless driving in the last 3 years. 7. Conviction of **ANY** crime involving lying, cheating or stealing in the last 3 years. 8. Conviction of misdemeanor DUI or DUI related offense in the last 5 years. 9. Any active jail time or probation or parole supervision at the time of the background investigation. 10. Habitual misdemeanor convictions will be looked at on a case by case basis. 11.
