Building Technician (Human)


Your responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out building maintenance tasks with skill
  • Being responsible for the technical and general inspection of rental space
  • Analyzing and resolving malfunctions
  • Being the point of contact for all technical questions and overseeing subcontractors
  • Performing general repair and maintenance work

What you bring to the table:

  • Ideally, you have completed a technical apprenticeship, preferably in the electrical field, and have experience in a similar position
  • You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
  • You are physically fit and ready for demanding tasks
  • You have the ability to systematically and logically solve technical problems
  • You have a strong focus on customer service
  • You have excellent German skills and basic knowledge of English, both written and spoken, as well as good knowledge of common MS Office applications
