Your Responsibilities

  • As a service technician in Villa Ridge, your main tasks will include repairing and maintaining our gaming machines and money changers in casinos and restaurants
  • You will work independently and be responsible for a defined service area together with your team
  • You will be responsible for booking logistical and material management processes in our SAP S4Hana merchandise management system, such as goods receipts and issues for company vehicles
  • You will represent the LÖWEN Group through your competent and friendly demeanor and make a significant contribution to our customers' satisfaction
  • You will start your service calls directly from home, equipped with a modern service vehicle, smartphone, and laptop

Your Profile

  • You have previous experience as a service technician or come from an electrical engineering background
  • You have a high level of reliability and customer orientation
  • You enjoy working independently but also feel comfortable as a team player
  • Your positive attitude and enjoyment of systematic troubleshooting inspire those around you
  • You have a valid Class B driver's license
