Job Summary:

The Logistic Coordinator will assist the Logistic Supervisor and plays a vital role in ensuring the success of daily operations with trucking.

We are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, organized, flexible and familiar with the 7-county metro area.

Work Schedule:
Seasonal / Benefits are available and carry year-round

Other Requirements:
All candidates are required to pass a thorough Background Check, Physical and Drug Test. References will also be checked.

Job Duties & Requirements:
Enter production reports and daily time sheets.
Communicate timely and effectively with all field personnel and truck drivers.
Route and map truck routes, as needed.
Schedule truck moves efficiently and with precision.
Dispatch truck drivers.
Assist with signing trucks in and out.
Monitor incoming loads of material.
Must be efficient at texting via cell phones.
Must have computer skills.
Must have basic math skills.
Understanding of truck routes.
Ability to work through problem solving, work in a fluid environment.
