Your training

The focus of the practical part of your training is the use in the branches of Sparda-Bank Hessen eG, which are located near your place of residence. In addition, you will be deployed in the back office areas in Frankfurt am Main - for example in the departments of market support, human resources, finance and quality management. Your practical training will be supplemented by attending vocational school (in block lessons) as well as regular trainings, seminars and group work. In addition, an e-learning program is available to deepen your banking knowledge.
