We are looking for support for our team From the first customer contact, to creating quotes and invoicing, you will be responsible for all activities within the offer and processing process.

You impress our customers with your communication skills and are willing to take on responsibility. In addition, you work closely with your colleagues from sales and other departments.

Your tasks:

Checking and booking of incoming invoices
Conducting creditor payments
Clarification of accounts in the creditor area
Maintenance of master data and accounts, as well as balance reconciliations
Participation in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Archiving of incoming invoices

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training, preferably with specialized further education
For the position of team leader, a completed degree or comparable education, such as a qualification as a certified accountant, would be advantageous but not mandatory
Several years of professional experience in accounting
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Proficient in working with an ERP system, ideally Navision or MS Dynamics 36
