Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly motivated
Accounting Lead (M/F/d) to join our team at Fairwood. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the
Accounting Team and overseeing
balance sheet accounting.


Job Description:


Your mission...


As the
Accounting Lead, you will work closely with the rest of the Finance department and report directly to our
VP Finance.

We are looking for someone who is accurate, not afraid of challenges, and interested in leading and developing their team members.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Taking our accounting structures to the next level:

  • Ensuring operational excellence in daytoday accounting and compliance with accounting regulations according to HGB and local GAAP
  • Driving the establishment, further development, and standardization of accounting processes, including compliance and risk management

Being a role model for your team and leading them to excellence:

  • Managing daytoday accounting operations and ensuring adequate backup for critical operations
  • Providing leadership and professional development to junior members of the team
  • Participating in crossfunctional special
