Three degrees at once
Do you have your high school diploma and are looking for an alternative to college? Then join our high school graduate program and fast-track your career. In just 18 months, you will complete the commercial training as a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk, which normally takes three years. Afterwards, you will begin a 16-month further education program to become a trade specialist (Bachelor Professional), which also includes the training aptitude examination (AdA).
At the end of your training, you will not only have one, but three recognized IHK degrees and can take on leadership roles at Netto, such as in human resources, accounting, logistics, or marketing.
Your responsibilities
- You will rotate through various departments in the central administration, such as accounting, human resources, or marketing
- You will organize, coordinate, and calculate projects
- You will learn about our product range and flow of goods
- You will be involved in general office organization
Your qualifications
- You are a team player and can also imagine leading a team
- You know what you want, are performance-oriented, and friendly
- You have good communication skills and can work well with others
- You have organizational talent and can work independently
