Description
These are your responsibilities:
- Support and represent the workshop management
- Technical leadership of the workshop in operational business
- Monitoring of deadlines, final inspection and handover of repairs
- Ensuring work safety and order in the company
- Personnel planning
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair of complex hydraulic systems, electrical systems, engines, transmissions and components on construction machinery
- Retrofitting and partial installations in connection with hydraulic systems
- Preparation of damage reports
- Training of apprentices
- What you bring:
- Successfully completed training as a master of agricultural/construction machinery or comparable training (m/f/d)
- Experience in the service sector with construction machinery
- Good knowledge of engine technology, hydraulics and electronics
- Confident handling of PC or laptop for work documentation and independent spare parts retrieval
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Time flexibility and physical resilience
