- Manage and supervise the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide direct patient care as needed, including performing patient assessments, administering medications, and assisting with procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new developments in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current RN license in the state of [LOCATION]
