    Description

    As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

    Manage and supervise the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance

    • Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
    • Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
    • Provide direct patient care as needed, including performing patient assessments, administering medications, and assisting with procedures
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
    • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care plans
    • Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new developments in healthcare
    Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred

    • Minimum of [X] years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
    • Strong clinical background in critical care, pediatrics, or occupational health
    • Proficiency in IV insertion, venipuncture, patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and specimen collection processing
    • Knowledge of healthcare systems and regulations
