    Hold weekly sales meetings and one on ones to discuss projects, questions and team collaborationsRide-a-longs with the team as needed to see where they have gaps that you can help them fillRecruiting new Relationship Managers to keep the funnel full of prospects to add to your teamCreate and maintain reports to show statistics to your team and leadershipRun commission every month
