    Our client is looking to bring on an Analyst.

    This opportunity would be a contract role with an ASAP start date and currently set to go to Sept 2024. This would be a hybrid onsite role in Manhattan (NYC).

    Summary

    The Analyst/Sr. Analyst will develop and perform deep consumer analytics and data mining to support Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loyalty, and other business needs. The Analyst/Sr. Analyst will develop standard and ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions, identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights. This individual will work closely with internal Brand and regional teams to help enable strategy and program development.

    The role should also work with the Brand Teams and external agency partners on reporting on consumer and marketing performance (CRM and Media)

    Responsibilities

    • Perform ad-hoc consumer analyses to support business efforts.Answer business questions from Brands and NA Leadership to identify opportunities and trends.
    • Proactively engage in ongoing data mining activities to identify opportunities by querying and exploring the Consumer Data Platform (CDP).
    • Work with CRM and Loyalty teams to develop an automated process for reporting on campaign results. Include results for the brand total, mail group and control group across product categories, spend ranges and other metrics.
    • Produce timely consumer and market/store reports that monitor changes in the customer base. Create and execute reports to be generated on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis in order to establish trends and identify action items.
    • Provide standard post-campaign analysis reports/insights, custom store level reports and dashboards
    • Continue develop capabilities to automate analytics to streamline the process and delivery of analytics and insights.
    • Develop and report easily consumable, visualized dashboards of customer metrics for key stakeholders and executives with actionable insight call-outs.
    • Partner with other departments/divisions to share learnings and insights.

    Experience

    • 3+ years of programming experience in SAS
    • Proficient in SQL
    • Hands-on Experience in Campaign Management tools such as Adobe or SAS Campaign Management
    • Highly experienced in CRM technology management, with an understanding of marketing and operational databases, segmentation and statistical modeling
    • Passion for data-driven marketing and business intelligence across all B-to-C channels; proven success in utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action
    • Understanding of the interplay between online/social and traditional channels
    • Experience in retail or consumer products is preferred, but not mandatory
    • Experience in Tableau is desired, but not mandatory
