Description
Plumbing Sales Manager
Description The results of successfully performing this role include delivering a great customer experience where solutions are presented for issues and needs of the home while training and motivating the best and brightest HVAC technicians and leading them to achieve budgeted monthly, quarterly and annual gross profit contribution and KPI goals.
Identify and develop opportunities
Engage directly with customers to discuss needs or found issues during visit
Analyze and research each call history for highest potential for success
Pregame call with every technician before the service call.
Work with technician to establish customer relationship
Coach technicians throughout their calls, leading them to a successful outcome on every call and providing 5-star customer service
Monitor the progress of the technician during the inspection/diagnostic
Conduct training in the following areas: Ensure your team is prepared to represent themselves to our customers in accordance with Goettl standards of excellence
Verify and enforce technicians accurate utilization of required digital forms, pictures, paperwork and field software.
Discuss the findings of the photos with the technician
Conduct post call follow-ups for customer satisfaction and capture any lost revenue potential as needed
Partner with admin to verify compliance procedures
Prior to tech leaving the house : All Signatures have been gathered; Payments collected; Pictures have been upload/taken; Confirmation Calls completed; Pre-Authorization forms done
Requirements
2 years of Management experience
2 years of Sales experience
2 years plumbing experience
