Responsibilities:

You will advise our customers and handle customer inquiries regarding online pickup, product returns, exchanges, repairs, and purchase processing (cashiering) with passion, customer orientation, and competence
You will perform administrative tasks related to the sales process, financing, and invoicing
You will market our products on various online platforms
You will be in contact with internal and external partners or product suppliers for all processes related to repairs
You will actively support customer events
You will maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards customers and offer simple, efficient solutions for customer complaints
You will adhere to national standard guidelines, processes, and behaviors and implement them

Profile:

You have knowledge and interest in products and trends in the consumer electronics industry
You have a strong customer and service orientation
You are communicative, strong in implementation, and work solutionoriented
You are a team player and enjoy working towards shared success
You are willing to support the team in the afternoons/evenings and on Saturdays
