Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care to residents with diverse chronic conditions
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized care plans
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform clinical tasks
Educate residents and families on care protocols and health management
Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for residents

Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing
Preferred 12 years of geriatric nursing experience
Newgrads with documented geriatric care experience will be considered
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with excellent time management
Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Dedication to providing compassionate and residentcentered care
