We are currently seeking three full-time RN Supervisors to join our dedicated team. Position Summary: The RN Supervisor will oversee night staff operations, including administrative tasks such as report review, on-call management, and staff assignment during shifts. Additionally, the role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their healthcare needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise night staff and manage administrative duties effectively.
• Provide exemplary nursing care to residents, prioritizing their wellbeing and comfort.

Requirements:

• Active RN License in the State of Iowa.
• Previous experience in long-term care, senior services, or hospice preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience for supervisory role.
