    Description


    Haun Welding Supply is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Associate to manage and coordinate the purchasing process for multiple vendors.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of building and maintaining positive relations with vendors and sales team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and analyze purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and completeness
    • Communicate with vendors to negotiate pricing and delivery schedules
    • Oversee vendor credits and returns to ensure timely resolution
    • Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities
    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products
    • Continuously monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels
    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or a related field
    • Working knowledge of Accumatica ERP a definite Plus
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
    • Knowledge of purchasing policies and procedures
    • Perform your duties and responsibilities following the
