    Description

    The Associate Director of Residential Dining will have ultimate responsibility for Residential Dining and will strive to meet student needs, control costs, drive meal plan revenue, and work with the Executive Chef to innovate and market residential dining to existing and prospective students.


    The Associate Director will provide tools and training to effectively implement their vision for the $50M Residential Dining Program and create a Road Map to grow.

    The Associate Director will be expected to engage with students and the Executive Chef to create menus that students value and speak to our commitments.

    Further, the Associate Director will work closely with Centralized Services to ensure the appropriate product is sourced, purchased, stored and arrange logistics with the Associate Director of Centralized Services.

    The Associate Director of Residential Dining will be expected to provide resources to support the highest food quality standards and successfully meet financial targets in each outlet.


    A Culinary Degree and/or Background with Experience leading a 50 million Dollar Residential Dining Program is highly desired for a successful candidate with Syracuse Campus Dining.
