After an intensive several-week training (e-learning and on-the-job training), you will take on the following tasks at

Ranchitos East:

Shift management of the PRET production kitchen with active support
Ensuring smooth operation during a shift
Assisting in the training, development, and leadership of team members in collaboration with the kitchen management
Internal orders
Monitoring and implementation of PRET standards
Inventory, stock control, and monitoring of goods and personnel expenses
Acting as Assistant Kitchen Manager in their absence Required qualifications:
Minimum of two to three years of leadership experience in a similar position
Experience in quick service or system gastronomy is an advantage
Independent and responsible work ethic
Motivating team spirit
Excellent communication skills in German
