We are looking for a pedagogical employee (m/f/d) for a youth residential group.

You want to provide young people with a protective living environment and support them in building a perspective for their lives? Our residential groups in the youth welfare sector STRUCTURE and JUMA offer a wide range of support for behaviorally disturbed, mentally ill, and at-risk youth and young adults, as well as those with a primary diagnosis from the autism spectrum.

The program is aimed at young people who are unable to live with their families due to mental or social problems, but also cannot live alone.

The goal is to promote independence.

YOUR TASKS * You support the youth and young adults in coping with everyday situations, structure work processes, and train them in practical life skills.
