**Customer Support Rep Service Center**
**Position Type:** Full-time; Hourly
**Location:** In-Office; Auburn, WA
**Responsibilities:**
Answer all inbound calls from homeowners
Assist homeowners with trouble shooting of fireplaces and garage doors
Maintain all orders and parts
Schedule and dispatch service technicians
Assist with sales
Route and confirm jobs
Ensure messages are constructive and will be interpreted correctly
Meet deadlines and offer support to team members
Maintain an organized filling system of interactions with customers
Ensure every customer is followed up with properly and in a timely manner
Accurately process orders, application forms, requests and update transactions status
Work with Customer Care team to accurately maintain customer database
**Requirements:**
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Prior experience working in construction, HVAC, fireplace or garage industries is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills and professional telephone skills
Data entry experience is a plus, but not required
Organizational, time management and customer service skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Regular attendance is required
