Alaant Workforce Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Engineer for our client's growing manufacturing team in Latham, NY.

As an Electrical Engineer, you will have experience in a manufacturing start-up environment and a proven track record of working effectively within a small engineering team. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be crucial in designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems for their innovative products.

Hours and Benefits for the Electrical Engineer:

Monday Friday regular business hours
The salary is between $80,000 - $100,000.

Responsibilities for the Electrical Engineer:

Collaborate closely with a small engineering team to design and implement electrical systems for manufacturing processes and products.
Develop detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
Conduct thorough testing and analysis of electrical systems to ensure performance and reliability meet industry standards and production requirements.
Identify and resolve issues or challenges related to electrical design, manufacturing, or integration.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical components.
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to production.

Requirements for the Electrical Engineer:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Masters degree preferred.
3+ years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Altium for schematic capture and board layout
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, including analog and digital circuits, power electronics, and signal integrity.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
Must be a US Citizen or Green Cardholder
