Plans, executes, and drives the sales activity for the Division.
Improves market share and supports all sales & marketing activities for the Channel.

Targets and manages daily activities, in channel, contractors, specifiers and end-users to ensure efficient and productive performance to move the business forward.

Familiarity with MRPIIKnowledge of Composite MaterialsMicrosoft Office ProficientReading and interpreting Engineering drawings and specificationsRequired Education/ Experience/ Skills: Degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Sales5+ years in Product / Manufacturing EnvironmentProven Management and Leadership ExperienceProven Visionary with Clear Understanding of Economic ClimateProficient verbal and written English communication skillsProven technical skills and CRM systemsEssential Duties & Responsibilities: Enhance product sales and margins by providing market intelligence for pricing decisionsAnalyze quote performances by customer, industry type, territory, and quotation specialists and make recommendations for improvemenMaximize channel through demand creations and targeted channels strategy to increase market shareWork with sales management and marketing to create and build new loyal channel opportunitiesResearch information on customers and develop contacts in the market for winning market shareManage and assimilate accurate market data into the CRM current and future useParticipate in various Channel, Marketing, and Education programs i.e.

instructs various portions of educational programs and acts as a member of the faculty to help reinforce key points with manufacturer's reps, specifiers, contractors, and distributors.

Identify and participate in new product developmentProvide technical support of product linesResponsible for the delivery of unit sales and gross margin to or above the budgetExecute sales channels, demand creation, and training initiatives for effective sales growthDevelop and adjust sales forecast by product line, territories, and manufacturing representative as required to meet the needs of the organizational goalsResponsible for executing new product promotions and associated sales performanceAct and participate as a member of the division's technical training and campaign creation teamsResponsible for adherence and knowledge of all ISO processes, procedures, flowcharts, and quality policyResponsible for driving Self-Managed Performance (SMP) program through organization through self-motivation, initiative, and participationLevel of SupervisionHighly AutonomousSupervisory Responsibility NoneTraining and DevelopmentYou are expected to participate in training and development activities throughout your employment with the company to ensure the excellence of the performance of your assignment.
