- Participates in the development of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with government and company requirements.
- Assists others with understanding of policies and procedures.
- Develops solutions to problems regarding the use of credentials to ensure protection of people, property and information.
- Provides quality customer service in fast-paced environment.

- Conducts badging records profile audits
- Processes citations and enters data into database
