    About the Role:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives of our key customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions, feedback, and escalations.
    • Strong experience in banking domain and IT servicing experience is mandatory
    • Provide strategic technical leadership and guidance to the Quality Engineering team, aligning technical capabilities with the needs and objectives of our C-level customers.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals. Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
    • Offer expert technical consultation to C-level customers, helping them leverage our products and services to achieve their business goals.
    • Act as a strong advocate for our customers within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard and their requirements are met.
    • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for C-level customer engagement, aligning with the company's overall objectives.
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging your technical expertise to provide valuable insights to both customers and internal teams.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Proven skills designing and developing simple solutions to complex customer challenges.
    • 10+ years' experience in managing large complex program within Quality Engineering.
    • Must have strong Banking domain experience.
    • Experienced in setting-up Scaled Agile at Portfolio& Solution Level
    • Conducted Scaled Agile ceremonies and track Program and Portfolio level status
    • Service industry/ Consulting experience - MUST

    Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $170,0000- $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

    This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
