Are you passionate about premium vehicles, digitalization, and process optimization? Then start your career with us as an apprentice for digitalization management (m/f/d).

During the three-year training period, you will prepare intensively for your professional life.

From the beginning, the focus will be on sharpening your view of processes, critically analyzing them, and identifying and implementing possible ways of digitalization to optimize and further develop them.

You will get to know different areas of the company:

commercial as well as IT departments, to prepare you for your future role as a mediator between commercial and technical contacts.

During your assignments, you will learn how to evaluate customer needs, assess IT systems and solutions in terms of customer benefits, use programming languages, independently generate IT solutions, and also become familiar with IT security and data protection requirements.

Project management methods as well as the use of digital media will support you in your tasks.
Qualifications

Ready for go-live? We look forward to your application if you have successfully completed secondary school or high school. You also have an interest in information technology and business contexts. First IT knowledge would be perfect, but is not mandatory.

Networked and analytical/logical thinking are other qualities that distinguish you, as well as your knowledge of mathematics, German, and English.
