    Job Description

    Searching for an energetic operational support professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats to manage our busy branch office If you are a reliable, well-organized person who can handle day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency and time management, we want to talk to you


    This person will support Division/Branch by providing local reporting, inventory administration (procurement, material usage and storage), administering Oracle materials and labor reconciliation and Installer timekeeping.

    In addition, may perform data input, reconcile various reports track and audit various Division/Branch reports to support and resolve transaction discrepancies while interacting with teammates to clarify/resolve issues.


    Under limited supervision the Operations Support Specialist may be responsible for performing data input for customer quotes, order management (Oracle).

    Administering scheduling and dispatch of work tickets, creating transactions for manufacturing/production, tracking Work In Progress (WIP). Setting up customer profiles as needed, printing tickets and making systems adjustments and corrections as required or directed.


    Perform general office administrative duties for the Division/Branch; process new hire paperwork, process incoming mail, order supplies and support the team as needed.


    Ensure exceptional customer interactions by handling all incoming communications in an efficient and professional manner; answering, disseminating or redirecting appropriately.

    Here is some of what you will need (required):


    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) PowerPoint, preferred but not required.
    • Oracle experience, highly desirable.
    • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
    • Must be a min of 18 years of age and have a valid Driver's License
    • Clear Post Offer Drug Screen
    • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
