As part of our team, you will work in the San Felipe office and rotate through all departments and teams of our sales service.

We provide specialized, process, and application knowledge to our 2000+ advisors, so they can best assist their clients with insurance questions and critical life situations.

As a member of our team, you will be involved in daily operations from the start, gaining practical experience in the world of financial services.


Your perspective:

  • You will learn about all insurance sectors, such as retirement planning, property, and health insurance.
  • Your tasks will include providing technical support to our advisors and collaborating with our partner companies.
  • During your studies, you will receive an attractive salary and various additional benefits.
  • Internal training will further expand your expertise.
  • The theoretical content will be taught in cooperation with the DHBW Mannheim.

  • High school diploma
  • Strong math skills and excellent verbal and written communication in German
