Your future responsibilities:

Tenant support in residential or commercial properties with the following tasks:

  • Carrying out repairs and minor maintenance work
  • Conducting and documenting inspections
  • Operating technical systems
  • Carrying out necessary spatial modifications
  • Furnishing rooms with furniture, technology, and other materials
  • Assisting with the supervision and performance monitoring of external companies
  • Creating documentation and reports, if necessary transferring them into computer systems

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in a trade
  • Professional experience as a caretaker or building technician
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • Independent, careful, and proactive work style
  • Flexibility and resilience
  • Teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Willingness to participate in
