Workshop organization:

  • You take responsibility for workshop management and control, taking into account business aspects
  • You are responsible for planning and implementing measures to increase customer loyalty and acquire new customers
  • By dispatching workshop technicians and sending them out, you have your finger on the pulse of daily business
  • By implementing suitable measures, you contribute to improving the results of your customer workshop

Employee management:

  • Managing the employees under your supervision is an essential part of your diverse tasks
