Description

We are looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the field of automotive control units. In this position, you will take on a key role in defining, capturing, and managing product requirements.

Responsibilities:

Definition, capture, and prioritization of requirements in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Creation and maintenance of system and software requirement specifications using UML/SysML
Ensuring compliance with quality standards and development processes, especially ASPICE
Responsible for the support and continuous improvement of the entire requirements engineering process
Development of the system requirements specification, taking into account technical and functional requirements
Maintenance and evaluation of the requirements management database data for tracking changes and traceability

Qualifications:

Completed university degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a comparable education
Professional experience in hardware and software development in the field of automotive control units
At least 2 years of professional experience in requirements engineering
In-depth knowledge of UML/SysML
Experience with relevant software development processes, especially ASPICE
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
