Seeking dynamic individuals to join us as a TS/SCI cleared Scrum Master with Jira expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute agile release management lifecycle for customer-facing websites across various domains.
Maintain and track Agile development schedule using tools such as JIRA.
Lead client software releases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage customer expectations.
Manage relationships and coordinate work among teams.
Guide development teams on Agile principles.
Ensure team follows Agile best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to refine the product backlog.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Provide training on Agile methodologies and Jira.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 11-14 years of experience.
PMI PMP or Agile certification.
Experience in Agile Release Management and software practices.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
Strong knowledge of Jira and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Working knowledge of quality assurance/testing.

Clearance:

Active DOD TS/SCI with ability to pass CI Polygraph.
