    WHO WE ARE:Welcome We are a family-operated company with three locations in Doral.

    We are a fun bunch passionate about providing our guests with the best dining experience. Our Sesame family comprises talented team members who always care and are ready to take you on a True Asian food adventure.

    The chic, stylish dining destination promises to deliver lively food and drink scene complete with a menu of premium meats & seafood served a la carte and tapas style.

    Composed of traditional recipes from all over Asia, utilizing seasonal ingredients, we cook one step short of craziness.

    We offer a unique beverage program that combines artisanal sake cocktails and homemade molecular sodas.

    OUR MISSION:Our goal is to provide our guests with an inviting neighborhood restaurant offering detail-oriented Asian fusion cuisine and an exquisite dining experience. We strive to bring together caring, warm, and intelligent individuals who love to serve and who will help deliver this mission.

    REQUIREMENT:
    • At least 1 year of restaurant experience. Be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

    Food Runners:
    • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables rapidly and accurately.
    • Act as the contact point between the Front of the House and Back of the House staff.
    • Communicate food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities and special requests (e.g. food allergies).
    • Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils, and napkins.
    • Serve welcome drinks and hors d'oeuvres, upon guests' arrival.
    • Ensure food is served by safety standards (e.g. proper temperature).
    • Check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water, as needed.
    • Remove dirty dishes and utensils.
    • Answer guests' questions about ingredients and menu items.
    • Inform restaurant staff about customers' feedback or requests (e.g. when they ask for a check).
    • Make sure families with young children get kids' menus and special silverware sets.
