    Responsibilities:

    • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to designated tables promptly and accurately.
    • Ensure that each order is complete and matches the customer's request before delivering it to the table.
    • Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate the timing of food delivery.
    • Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns promptly.
    • Assist in clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests as needed.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including removing used dishes and wiping down surfaces.
    • Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
    • Uphold Maü's standards of service excellence by delivering every dish with care and attention to detail.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Physical stamina and dexterity to carry trays and navigate the dining area quickly and safely.
    • Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service.
    • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed to meet the demands of our business and uphold our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.
