Your Responsibilities:


  • Project Manager for Industrialization for the RCT project
  • Ensuring timely and budgetcompliant implementation of all industrialization measures for the RCT acquisition package across all PAG locations
  • Rough planning of project resources and infrastructure with budget requirements and creation of time frames
  • Creation of an overarching project brief and coordination of deliverables with clients/customers
  • Structuring of the overall project and formation of subprojects, as well as development of project structure plans
  • Consolidation of detailed budget plans for subprojects and representation in steering meetings
  • Global coordination of process/procedure requirements with overall project interfaces
  • Defining measures, procedures, and goals
  • Conducting costbenefit analyses for the overall projects
  • Integration planning of projects into existing processes/procedures/ongoing production
  • Project representation to project interfaces/steering at the overall project level
  • Ensuring economic, qualitative, and timely planning, control, and monitoring of individual project steps, and initiating corrective measures in case of deviations
  • Planning and establishment of project organizations (team members, tasks, and responsibilities) and coordination with all project interfaces
  • Multiproject management, claim management

Your Qualifications:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification:

  • Several years of experience in an industrial production environment
  • Indepth knowledge of project management (several years of experience)
  • Experience in aeronautical
