Your Responsibilities

  • You will independently manage the strategic, contentrelated, and creative support and consultation of our clients in the field of Learning & Development, qualification, and training.
  • You will act as an innovator and significantly shape the (digital) transformation of our clients' knowledge transfer.
  • You will create and design unique and goaloriented learning formats and content, such as digital and real blended learning, training campaigns, micro and mobile learning, learningoriented gamification, training apps/online platforms, and VR/AR applications.
  • You will independently and responsibly create highquality rough and detailed concepts, storyboards, video scripts, guidelines, worksheets, and presentations.
  • You will be responsible for writing and preparing texts.
  • You have a clear vision of how learning and development of people in the workplace will evolve in the future, possess endless business creativity, and have a structured way of thinking, abstraction skills, and brandspecific thinking.
  • You will conduct independent research to find new external partners and service providers for implementing concepts, developing media, and producing content.
Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a degree (e.g. media pedagogy, media design, or educational sciences) or a comparable qualification with a didactic focus.
  • You have >3 years of experience in designing (digital) learning offerings and are proficient in their practical implementation.
  • You have a confident demeanor, act with confidence, have strong negotiation skills, and excellent presentation and communication skills with a fluent use of both
