Description

To fulfill our growing and diverse orders in the areas of public procurement and industrial construction, we are looking for a dedicated construction manager (m/f) for building construction as well as civil and road construction (m/f) in Syracuse.

You will be responsible for the complete and timely execution of the respective construction sites, which are mainly located within the daily driving range from our headquarters in Untersiemau in northern Bavaria and southern Thuringia.

As a construction manager (m/f), you will coordinate the use of subcontractors and your construction site team with strong leadership and assertiveness.

To fulfill your demanding tasks, a company car is at your disposal, which can also be used for private purposes.

Requirements:

You have completed training as a civil engineer (m/f) or alternatively as a construction technician (m/f) and ideally have experience in construction management, cost estimation, surveying, and settlement.

We expect you to have a consistent customer orientation and a structured, quality and deadline-oriented work style, as well as an interest in continuous professional development.
