Data Entry Specialist

Long Term Assignments
Three Shifts Available
Full Time, Part Time and Weekends

We are looking for candidates to join the program who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are open to learning new things, have great focus, have strong attention to detail, and operate with a sense of urgency. We are looking to build an amazing team and need positive contributors

Job Duties:

Inputting and validating data into the system while following standard operating procedures and customer-specific instructions for processing.
Validating/reconciling electronic records to paper documentation.
Making judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or manager.
Performing basic data entry including Alpha Numeric
Willingness to learn new processing functions and equipment operation in all areas/departments of production as needed.

Job Requirements

Candidates MUST be willing to submit to fingerprinting and Federal/National Background check
Attention to detail and focus on meeting deadlines
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic computer and typing skills
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods
Must be a team player and always maintain a positive attitude
Time management skills
