    **Description**

    As an Enrollment Support Specialist you will engage with prospective clients telephonically to discuss Chronic Care Management services and confirm consent of those services. Your role will also focus on appropriate data entry of patient information into the system and ensuring that all needed information is available in the patient chart. The Enrollment Support Specialist will also be primarily responsible for answering incoming calls and routing to the appropriate staff member to ensure patient, family, and provider needs as met.

    Position Qualifications:

    1. Two (2) years of experience in maintaining medical records and performing data entry tasks within a physicians office, hospital or similar setting preferred.

    2. Knowledge of multiple electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred.

    3. Strong data entry and verbal/written communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

    4. Excellent customer service skills.

    5. Adaptability to work with various disciplines in multiple locations.

    6. Flexibility to handle a workload that fluctuates greatly and consistently based on needs.
