Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country.


Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Continental Dental Solutions in Phoenix, AZ for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative II.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:

  • Ensure highest level of Process Quality & Service Excellence.
  • Answer phones in a timely manner.
  • Promptly relay issues and concerns to appropriate area with follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries as needed.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries to completion.
  • Schedule material fulfilments (i.e. Prescriptions, boxes, shipping labels, etc.).
  • Schedule Payments utilizing NDX practice management software.
  • Process outgoing followup calls in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues, including outbound calls to customers on time, shade, impressions, and missing items or information.
  • Be courteous and treat external as well as internal customers with respect.
  • Organize work area for highest function and efficiency.
  • Outbound Calls to support customers and marketing initiatives.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Skills and Abilities Required:


  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Verbally communicate via telephone maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Verbally communicate with all levels of staff maintaining a positive attitude.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:


  • Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Preferred, but not required: 12 months experience in a Customer Service role or in a dental environment.

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used:


  • All office equipment

Physical Requirements:


  • Perform tasks at multiple workstations standing and sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Some lifting between 5 to 20 lbs. may be required.

Experience:
Preferred

  • 1 year(s): Required: Minimum 12 months experience in a Customer Service role or in a dental environment.

Education:
Required

  • High School or Equivalent or better
