    Senior Director Technical Project Management

    What does a successful Sr. Director Technical Project Manager do:

    You will personally manage some critical projects while building and developing a team or project managers responsible for the ongoing operations and improvement of a critical Federal agency function.

    What you will do:

    • Directs multiple teams of Project Managers, Program Managers, and /or PMO Portfolio Managers
    • Ensures projects are completed within committed timelines and budget constraints
    • Supports the project management strategy within the division
    • Drives and ensures project management policies, standards and procedures are consistently followed within the team
    • Performs all duties inherent in a managerial role, including recruiting, developing and managing staff
    • Proactively allocates resources and maintains and controls expenses

    What you will need to have:

    • 10-15 years progressive management experience, including large-scale program and project management and personnel management.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, Project and Project Server
    • Proven success in delivering projects within budget and specified timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Proven problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
