Develop strategies for achieving transformative change
Identify pathways to financial goals, compliance, and aspirational objectives
Conduct independent research for and about stakeholders and systems
Create systems and processes for data collection, monitoring, and visualization
Develop data-driven plans and milestones for strategic implementation
Analyze financial/fiscal impacts and create iterative evaluation techniques, including use of data visualization platforms
Convene and facilitate collaborative multi-stakeholder meetings
Communicate findings in written and analytics formats
Collect and analyze information through call center intake data
Lead or co-lead the day-to-day execution of high-profile engagements, with primary responsibility for coordinating and executing the engagement workplan
Manage document organization processes, including the review, organization, and analysis of case documentation, testimony, and court filings, as well as the identification of relevant information utilized for analysis
Manage day-to-day activities of Analysts and Associates as appropriate
Work with engagement leaders to strategize engagement approach, develop engagement workplans, oversee and monitor engagement progress on a daily basis, and report to engagement leadership on engagement progress and critical path items.
Assist with the management of client relationships with and without supervision
Preparation and review of written reports, presentations, and data visualizations
Conducting independent research and summarizing findings for inclusion in client deliverables
Providing feedback to Associate and Analyst staff on work product
Interaction with clients in engagement-management role
Development of skills and technical expertise to facilitate delivery of services
Development and implementation of practice management systems to enhance ability to deliver work product
Ability to self-motivate, lead, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines
Managing multiple projects simultaneously, interacting effectively with project teams and clients, as well as being able to juggle the demands and scheduling needs of multiple clients at once
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to critically analyze client requests and develop execution plan
Creative problem-solving skills
Ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables while maintaining a high-quality work-product
Creating written work product (e.g., reports, presentations, memos) in a business environment using clear, concise, fact-based language
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Rigorous attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to conduct and/or direct others in thorough and relevant research with oversight on quality control
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
Ability and flexibility to work with changing, client-imposed deadlines
Strong organizational skills
Minimum of a 4-year college degree in Business Administration or Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Strategic Management, Sociology, Communications, English, or similar field
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in litigation support consulting, strategic planning, or strategy positions
Experience working in a team-oriented, remote-office environment
Experience with large high-profile engagements
SQL or data visualization creation a plus
Experience managing multiple workstreams and/or projects simultaneously

More information about our Transformative Change Consulting work can be found .Manager – Transformative Change Consulting A Manager in Stout's Transformative Change practice is responsible for project management for TC engagements and receive varying client exposure. Assignments primarily consist of overseeing the completion of various types of tasks within class action litigation projects or court-appointed monitorships. Such activities will include monitoring progress of numerous sub-assignments to ensure deadlines are being met, collecting relevant research, identifying or organizing emerging issues in client industries or sectors based on engagement workflow, developing and implementing organizational change strategies, assisting with writing reports, and managing multiple engagements. The Manager may also support Stout professionals with business development and marketing activities, including developing presentations, drafting article content, and preparing pitchbook proposals.Major Duties and Responsibilities:
