    Senior Front End Engineer, Growth

    Location: Remote First Team, EST Time Zone Preferred
    About the Role

    At Cabinet, we've been taking the healthcare industry by storm and have launched the world's first sustainable, fully compostable, refillable medicine system. We're on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic in medicine and are looking for an eCommerce Growth Front End Engineer and site content manager to help us continue to bring sustainable products to customers reliably as we scale our retail and e-commerce channels.

    As a Growth focused Front End Engineer at Cabinet, you will be at the forefront of content management and product releases on our website. Your responsibilities will extend beyond traditional front-end web development to include collaborating across functions for new product launches, conducting conversion rate optimization experiments based on behavioral and market data analysis, updating analytic pixels and pipelines, and contributing to the overall digital customer experience. You will also play a pivotal role in growth marketing experiments, working closely with our marketing and engineering teams to enhance the on-site customer journey.

    This role will work closely with senior leadership of Cabinet Health, aligning on goals and projects with the VP of Pharmacy, VP of Digital, and our Director of Growth. You will direct report to the VP of Digital and Analytics.
    What You'll Do

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain the front end of our website using React, NextJS, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind
    • Manage product content for new releases, landing pages, and features using tools like Contentful and Shopify
    • Own and collaborate on conversion rate optimization and analytics efforts, leveraging data to drive impactful landing page experiments
    • Analyze marketing + behavioral data to provide recommendations for customer experience and conversion
    • Enhance and enrich marketing data with event data supplementation, PHI scrubbing, etc.
    • Create and continually optimize landing pages for experiments and campaigns
    • Prepare assets (photography and graphics) for landing pages, product pages, and new features
    • Collaborate with our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experts to optimize ranking and conversion
    Who You Are
    • Skilled in analyzing data for insights and generating hypotheses for fast iteration testing, optimizing for ROI
    • Highly proficient in JavaScript, React, NextJS, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind
    • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and Figma
    • Experienced in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Experience with Content and Asset management
    • Background
      • A track record of success in a similar role, at the Senior Associate level
      • 3-5 years working in eComm front-end development and design
      • Bonus: experience working in Healthcare and/or retail settings

    Compensation:

    Salary range will likely fall between $105K-$145K: final salary will be dependent on the candidate's experience.
