- Execute Month-End closing and variance analysis for reporting purposes.
- Conduct Mid-Month forecasting and variance analysis for reporting purposes.
- Manage fixed assets effectively.
- Analyze and explain variances against Budget and Forecast.
- Support Accounts Receivable/Payable issues, Cost Center tracking, and Engineering project controlling to maximize revenue growth, profitability, and cash flow generation.
- Maintain and report financial information in compliance with financial policies, reporting schedules, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Ensure all work procedures are documented and updated as necessary.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with various levels of business unit personnel, Shared Service Centers, and Engineering teams.
- Safeguarding company assets by accurately accounting for capital spending and ensuring proper identification of company property.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, including at least 2 years of analysis experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Drive high-quality, accurate, and timely financial and operational analysis and reporting.
- Proactive approach and dedication to teamwork.
- Commitment to outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and SAP systems.

Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $31.00 per hour
