    Financial Analyst – Hybrid – Novi, MI

    Overview:

    · An analyst role responsible for managing business expenses, insurance, SAP PO/Req approval, and capital expenditures.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with plant/local personnel and oversee insurance renewals.
    • Perform weekly audits of corporate credit card transactions.
    • Calculate and input monthly journal entries for credit card expenses.
    • Conduct research to assist employees with expense reports and new credit card setup.
    • Act as the point of contact for local SAP req approval, validating accounts and cost centers.
    • Provide local support for Capital Spending Purchase Requests.

    Experience:

    · Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.

    Education:

    · Bachelor's degree with a focus on finance or accounting.

    Qualifications:

    • Self-starter and quick learner who thrives in a team environment.
    • Flexible work schedule to manage high-volume work periods.
    • Demonstrated strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and research skills.
    • Experience with SAP, Excel, Concur, and other financial systems is advantageous.

    Special Requirements:

    · Willingness to work overtime as needed to meet month-end demands.
