Your Responsibilities:


  • What would our quality management be without you? Hard to imagine From definition to planning, implementation, and continuous improvement you are an expert in your field and evaluate and optimize our QM processes, procedures, and guidelines.
  • You skillfully coordinate and train our quality officers worldwide, create guidelines, training materials, and work instructions, ensuring sustainability in our processes.
  • Ensuring effective communication between our quality officers is a top priority for you. You know that this is the only way to ensure current knowledge.
  • You take on the leadership of operational projects, actively participate in crossfunctional projects, and are always available to support departments and country subsidiaries.
  • Your strategic skills are also in demand. For example, when you establish and develop important internal and external networks for us, and consistently maintain them.

Your Profile:


  • Successfully completed studies in business or engineering or a comparable qualification (training with relevant further education)
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management
  • Proficient in MS Office 365; good SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured, goaloriented, and resultsdriven work style
  • Strong communication and moderation skills
  • High level of social
